CRAB was founded on the principle that people with disabilities can and should be able to live fulfilling and joyful lives and have equitable access to meaningful, therapeutic sailing. I have witnessed first hand the many benefits that time on the water brings to the guests of CRAB and their families that care for them.
I have dedicated time to support the programs on the water, and I spend time as a volunteer board member supporting the administration, operations ad strategic plan for the sustainment and longevity of the organization. I am delighted to say the staff and volunteers are among the most dedicated and professional of any organization I have ever seen, and the guests whom they serve whether recovering warriors, spinal cord injuries, cancer survivors, developmentally disabled or providing support to children from disadvantaged communities provide a mission based focus for the community that supports CRAB like none that I have ever seen.
Even a small donation will go way to helping me meet my goal for CHESAPEAKE REGION ACCESSIBLE BOATING INC.
