Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB) is the access ramp to the Chesapeake Bay. CRAB provides equity to people with disabilities in a fully accessible, community-based sailing program at no cost to our guests. Your support makes CRAB’s programs possible. Every donation has a direct impact.
People with disabilities face daunting challenges; limited access to community services, inactivity, isolation, and poor self-esteem, which can lead to a lower quality of life. At the same time, the veterans, youth, and adults who participate in CRAB’s programs experience an increase in their quality of life through outdoor activities that many never thought possible.
